You will be asked to fill out your details. Once you've done so, click the button to create your account, and you are all set!

To sign into your account, simply select ‘My Account’ and follow the steps below;

1. Enter the email address you registered your account with 

2. Select continue and you'll receive your unique log in code via email 

ANY UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AND RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 28 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE.

The condition of the item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags as it was received by you. Original shoe boxes and other packaging containers must also be returned undamaged and in unused condition as these are considered a part of the product.

When trying on an item please ensure it does not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other substances and please make sure footwear is tried on a clean soft indoor surface.

We offer returns on thousands of our products; any items that aren’t eligible will be clearly stated on the product pages.

The following items in particular cannot be returned:
- Made to order
- Custom products
- Products marked as non-returnable within the product details
- Hair accessories - returnable only if not worn
- Perishable goods
- Gift boxes
- Bottles/Dummies - only accepted if unopened and returned in sealed packaging

A return on exclusion items will only be accepted when items are faulty or do not fit the description given. If the above conditions are not met then the item will be returned to you.

As soon as your items have been received within our UK based warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 working days and all refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment, unless advised otherwise by our Customer Care Team. Please note it may take a few days to reflect in your statement depending on the card issuer. 

If we receive your item(s) outside of the 28 days returns window (the 28 days is counted from the date of delivery) we are unable to accept your return and the item(s) will be sent back to you. This will be charged at our standard delivery service charge for your location.

As soon as your return has been processed and your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email from us.

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our dedicated Customer Care Team here who will be on hand to help.

We’re so sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us here and we'll look into this immediately for you.  

We offer courier return services in most countries, and a full list of costs can be found below. 

If we do not cover your delivery country, you may return the item to us using any postal method of your choice. Please note that you will be liable for the return in this case.

Simply browse and shop, adding items to your bag. When you're happy with your selection, you can proceed to our checkout page. Here you will be required to either log in, register for a new account or checkout as a guest. Please note, items added to your shopping basket are not reserved until the order is confirmed. 

You will then be presented with a selection of ways to pay to help you complete your order dependent on your delivery country.

Alternatively, if you would prefer to place the order directly with our customer care team, please email: [email protected] directly so that they can assist you further with this.

Whilst we cannot guarantee this option will be available, we will always do everything we can to make sure your request is possible. Please contact our Customer Care Team here at the earliest possible convenience for further support. 

We don't currently have an option to add gift wrap to your order but we can certainly do our best to request this for your order. 

Simply place your order as usual and then contact our Customer Care Team immediately after here 

This ensures we can note your request before dispatch.

To request an invoice for your order, simply reach out to our Customer Care team here specifying your order number. We will promptly send you the invoice for your order as an attachment.

For deliveries within the UK we use DPD or DHL. 

For deliveries outside of the UK we use DHL or Emirates. Once the parcel has arrived in the correct country for delivery,  our couriers may use local postal services and third party couriers.

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email letting you know your order is on its way. You can monitor the live progress of your delivery via the tracking link provided. 

Should you not have received your dispatch confirmation, please contact our dedicated Customer Care Team here and we will look into this for you. 

Here at Childsplay Clothing, we accept the following payment methods. Please note dependent on the items contained within your bag and your delivery country, your payment options may change.
