My Account

How do I use my Childsplay Clothing account?


You can sign in to My Account on the Childsplay website using your Childsplay account log in details. If you haven’t created an account, you can easily sign up for a new account by clicking the 'sign up here' button.

To sign into your account, simply select ‘My Account’ and follow the steps below;


1. Enter the email address you registered your account with 

2. Enter your password

3. Click 'Sign in'

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it from the My Account screen by clicking ‘Forgotten Password’.


If you choose to reset your password, you will receive an email with a link to complete your reset. You may need to check your Junk/Spam folder for the password reset email.


Returns & Refunds

ANY UNWANTED ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED AND RECEIVED BY US WITHIN 28 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE.

The condition of the item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging, with all tags as it was received by you. Original shoe boxes and other packaging containers must also be returned undamaged and in unused condition as these are considered a part of the product.

When trying on an item please ensure it does not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other substances and please make sure footwear is tried on a clean soft indoor surface.

We offer returns on thousands of our products; any items that aren’t eligible will be clearly stated on the product pages.

The following items in particular cannot be returned:
- Made to order
- Custom products
- Products marked as non-returnable within the product details
- Hair accessories - returnable only if not worn
- Perishable goods
- Gift boxes
- Bottles/Dummies - only accepted if unopened and returned in sealed packaging

A return on exclusion items will only be accepted when items are faulty or do not fit the description given. If the above conditions are not met then the item will be returned to you.

As soon as your items have been received within our UK based warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5 working days and all refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment, unless advised otherwise by our customer care team. Please note it may take a few days to reflect in your statement depending on the card issuer. 

If you believe that an error has been made with your refund, please contact us here and we'll look into this  immediately for you. 

If we receive your item(s) outside of the 30 days returns window (the 30 days is counted from the date of delivery) we are unable to accept your return and the item(s) will be sent back to you. This will be charged at our standard delivery service charge for your location.

As soon as we've processed your return and issued you with a refund, we will send you an email to let you know confirming the total amount that has been refunded. 

We do not currently offer exchanges. Please return any unwanted item(s) to us for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you would prefer.

We’re so sorry to hear you have received an incorrect or faulty item. Please contact us here and we'll look into this immediately for you.  

We are able to offer refund to gift voucher for UK returns meaning you can choose to have your funds reimbursed back to a Childsplay Gift voucher, meaning you can get shopping sooner than later.

You will also receive an additional 10% bonus, that will be added on-top of your refunded value. For example, if your refund is worth £100 and you chose to be refunded via a gift card, you will have £110 to spend. 

To action the ‘Refund to Gift Card’  option, when generating a return through our online portal, you will see two choices:

Return funds to original payment method

Firstly, select option 1. Once your return has reached us here at Childsplay Clothing, your refund will be processed to the gift card and ready to use immediately. 

Please note that If you split your payment between a gift card and personal card, the funds are first returned to your gift card and then to the payment card.


 

 

 

Placing an order

Simply browse and shop, adding items to your bag. When you're happy with your selection, you can proceed to our checkout page. Here you will be required to either log in, register for a new account or checkout as a guest. Please note, items added to your shopping basket are not reserved until the order is confirmed. 


You will then be presented with a selection of ways to pay to help you complete your order dependent on your delivery country.


Alternatively, if you would prefer to place the order directly with our customer care team, please email: [email protected] directly so that they can assist you further with this.

Once you have placed an order, you will receive an automated ‘order confirmation’ email. This will include an overview of the items ordered along with your confirmed shipping address. 


If you have not received an ‘order confirmation’ email, please check to ensure that it has not been filtered into your ‘junk’ folder and if you still cannot locate the email, please contact our customer care team here

For deliveries within the UK we use DPD. 

For deliveries outside of the UK we use Aramex and DHL. Once the parcel has arrived in the correct country for delivery, Aramex may use local postal services and couriers. 




Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive an email letting you know your order is on its way. You can monitor the live progress of your delivery via the tracking link provided. 


Should you not have received your dispatch confirmation, please contact our dedicated customer care team  here and we will look into this for you. 



Monday to Friday - if you live in the UK and place your order by 3pm UK time, you will receive it on the following working day. If your order is placed after 3pm on Friday, you will receive it on the following Tuesday. Please note UK bank holidays may affect this.

In very rare cases, our couriers can experience a problem or a communication issue. In these cases the parcel may have been left with a neighbour, in a safe place if requested or there could have been a technical tracking issue.


If you cannot track your parcel please contact us here and we’ll look into this immediately for you. 

A specific delivery time cannot be requested but all our orders are sent on a tracked service so you can monitor the progress of your delivery online as soon as it has been dispatched.

No, we can currently only ship to one address per order.
