I haven't heard from your delivery company yet?Updated a year ago

Once our chosen courier receives your parcel, you’ll be contacted via email or text to let you know when delivery will be attempted. You will also be able to set further delivery preferences at this stage. On very rare occasions you might not hear from the courier, if this happens we recommend tracking your parcel via the dispatch email we sent you.
