I've tracked my order with your delivery company and it says it's been delivered but I don't have it, what do I do now?Updated a year ago

In very rare cases, our couriers can experience a problem or a communication issue. In these cases the parcel may have been left with a neighbour, in a safe place if requested or there could have been a technical tracking issue.
