Any unwanted items must be returned and received by us within 30 days of your delivery date. The condition of the item(s) you wish to return needs to be new, unused, and in its original packaging, as it was received by you. Original shoe boxes and other packaging containers must also be returned undamaged and in an unused condition as these are considered a part of the product. When trying on an item please ensure it does not come into contact with perfumes, sprays, creams or other substances and please make sure footwear is tried on a clean soft indoor surface.

We offer returns on thousands of our products; any items that aren’t eligible will be clearly stated on the product pages.

The following items in particular cannot be returned:
- Made to order
- Custom products
- Products marked as non-returnable within the product details
- Hair accessories - returnable only if not worn
- Perishable goods
- Gift boxes
- Bottles/Dummies - only accepted if unopened and returned in sealed packaging

A return on exclusion items will only be accepted when items are faulty or do not fit the description given. If the above conditions are not met then the item will be returned to you.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

What are my delivery options?

Once our third party courier receives your parcel, you’ll be contacted via email or text to let you know when delivery will be attempted. On very rare occasions you might not hear from the courier, if this happens we recommend tracking your parcel via the dispatch email we sent you.

Where's my order?

Simply browse and shop, adding items to your bag. When you're happy with your selection, you can proceed to our checkout page. Here you will be required to either log in or register for a new account. 
Please note, items added to your shopping basket are not reserved until the order is confirmed. 

Once logged in, you will be presented with a selection of ways to pay to help you complete your order.
